Most useless service by the hospital staff. It's 11 In the morning. Patients are waiting at cardio department for hours together but no are staff present at the counter including doctor herself. We visited for regular check up but waiting for hours. It's disgusting and it is not the first time. They take OP but don't attend and clear the patients. They create artificial rush. If you ask about doctor whereabouts, the only one answer is ... doctor is on visits or in operation theatre. Visit only when plenty of leisure time. 16.08.2023: Once again proved that the staff never change and management doesn't care about patients. This time it is radiology department. They are sooo buzy that, I waited one whole day at hospital but they even not able to provide a simple x-ray report which is to be submitted to insurance company for pre authorisation for surgery which is scheduled on 18.08.23. They are always buzy, so they don't care emergency of others.

I had undergone fistula surgery in kamineni...Doctor Pavaneswar velineni has done the surgery. The total surgery was seamless and very smooth. Dr pavan addressed the issue in effective manner.he explained everything before the surgery...The friendly approach of the doctor given us so confidence...Right Now I am in recovery mode. Pavan velineni sir is highly recommended for Fistula and ano rectal problems.. Good hospital for complex surgeries...but little bit expensive...
