I had a bad experience from the night shift reception staff and nurse, as well as the room conditions at this hospital. At midnight, the nurse's service was inadequate and they were sleeping, and even when I tried to wake her up, she didn't respond. The room and nurse charges were expensive considering the poor service and room quality. I haven't encountered such issues in other hospitals, like Indira Hospital in Mangalore, which charges a similar amount but offers top-level service and rooms. If you find yourself admitted or are staying with a patient here, please be aware that there is no fire exit facility available at midnight. Most of the staff are asleep, and there's no one at the main entrance. All exit ways, including the main entrance, are fully locked. But I was genuinely pleased and satisfied with the morning shift nurse's service. However, the behavior and service of a few staff and nurses are degrading the overall experience. Initially, I had planned to give this hospital a one star Google review, but I've reconsidered as it would unfairly reflect my entire experience. I hope that the hospital can make the necessary adjustments to improve in the future.

One of the main advantage of this Hospital is Mangalore K.M.C cardiology main Doctor Dr.Narasimha pai visiting Saturdays morning 8 am. very is get to appointment heare. Staff are very friendly Owner himself available to help.

Mainly Dialysis unit super organized. Also Eye Dr and Gynecology Dr is available here. Neat and tidy Hospital.
