Food is good and behaviour of staffs are very good but not much hygienic
I ate mutton biriyani and kadai fry are very tasty but cost is little high.
We went there very early for lunch, so we got very fresh food and the food tasted really good but the atmosphere is still with 90's look and not a hygienic place. If you love Viral fish then this place is a must try, both fried and the one in kuzhambu.
For two person you need to shell out min 500-600... Please ask for the prices before you could order.. just for a small price of fish fry they charged 150 , small cup of country chicken curry 150... Meals 90. No price board is displayed in the hotel so you will not know how much you will be charged.... Expensive and not a recommend mess.. just go for only meals and walk out .... Terifffic exorbitant price for a mess.
One of the oldest restaurants in Thanjavur. Mutton briyani, chicken 65, veeral meen, mutton Chuka, veeral meen thalai kulambu, chicken fry, eral fry, kadai 65 and full non veg meals, I have tried all these dishes for the last 12 years and the taste remains same. Addicted to their mutton briyani and chicken 65, homely food taste and authentic. Service is kind and the restaurant owner is kind.

Food is pretty good ... but little expensive
Excellent food. Ordered Mutton Biriyani, Prawns thokku, fish fry and non veg meals. Everything was very tasty and surprisingly did not cause any kind of burning sensation in stomach which is experienced in many outside food.
