Worst experience. The A/c section was smelly and nauseating. The cleanliness and hygiene was pathetic and cockroaches roaming lesiurely on table and food and above all the owner moves around with air as though he is doing us a favour., saying I am running this restaurant/ business since past 30 years. Too much of ego and arrogance.

Food is best with rate , quantity and taste . Service is very nice and atmosphere is good

Punjabi thali and South Indian thali are very good. Great quantity and quality. Service is very quick and good.

Had dinner on 1st Oct 2023 before travelling to back bangalore the next day morning, three family members fell ill, vomitted 6 to 7 times, bad stomach, had to take my daughter to al-ameen hospital at 6 in the morning for medical attention.we had to stay back in bijapur another day to recover. We left the next day still recovering from illness, bad stomach. absolutely unhygienic place, please avoid this hotel, if you are concerned about your and your family member health. It is the same story in all kamat hotel. Horrible.

Kamat is our the place for lunch each time we visit Bijapur. We always have their South Indian Meals Thali which is a good option for a full meal lunch. You get chapati/puri option along with 3 sabjis, dal, rassam and rice. The chutney and pickle were yummy too. They give papadam before thali is served so you have something to munch on. Everything is always yummy and tastes good. Service is usually good but if it's crowded expect some delay. Overall a good place and definitely recommended!

My usual breakfast here is Idly, Vada, Rice Bath, single poori, coffee. Service is good, they have an AC hall which is very much required in Bijapur.
