Very spacious and popular restaurant in Vizag towards RK beach. In weekends you have to wait minimum 15-20mins to get your table. Food was too good but prices are little bit higher sides. The quantity of food was okiesh! They have their different style of making the Biryani which attracts people to visit them. Staff was very well trained and courteous. Overall a nice experience. We went to Kamat in Siripiram. This branch is bit small but good atmosphere . Not many options in menu. We ordered chicken joint fry ,it's bit spicy and Apollo fish which is good and soft and then mutton dum biryani,it's yummy. No dessert options available. Nice ambience. Fast service must go.
Original Taste of the restaurant is lost, their recipes are bad. I ate Apollo Fish it's very worst, chef doesn't have hint of taste of the recipe. 20 year old charm is not there now.
Have been visited this place after on recommend of my uncle and had sorra pittu(Baby shark) dish which is not regularly available here which was special cooked and served here.On request Shekar staff of kamat hotel takeaway branch near siripuram junction as arranged 3 plates,in which I took 2 plates for my uncle. The taste was ultimate who ever visit vizag need to try once will definitely like it, have it with rice for better taste will feel salty if you have it directly or with roti.
The dishes like fish are very special at Kamat and it is good for take out. My friends and I wanted to have lunch outside and we chose Kamat. The food is good and price is reasonable but the sitting arrangement, seats and wash basin are not really for a restaurant like that
The worst food that I ever had in my life. The service is very bad. Chicken biryani is the worst there is no masala it's just the food colouring and the chicken is watery like it's about to go bad and we also ordered chicken lolipop and they gave us sauce packet and they told us this is what we give and please don't ever go to this restaurant

Very basic restaurant. Food was OK. Non veg was good but I ordered for egg biryani and I basically got white rice with 2 eggs. Considering the current situation no covid precautions were taken. Service was very slow as there was just one attendant. Definitely not what I expected the place to be and would not recommend if you're looking for fine dining.
