Firstly they said that they'll charge 40k for lasik in both eyes. And when we finally made up our mind for the surgery and visited the hospital again after 2 months, we were told that the price is 50k to 55 k and she persuasively kept saying that it can't be 40. But we told that you told us 40 initially. So finally confirmed it in 40k. Later on, 22-23 days post operatively, I decided to have a follow up for the second time so i called the staff to confirm the appointment. They informed me that the doctor is not available till 7th sept. And when we went for the follow up later when doc was available, they charged us consultation fee saying that follow up is free only till a month. And you came after a month so you have to pay the fee. Is that the patient's fault that the doc is not available? Highly unethical behaviour! Also, during every appointment they made us wait atleast half hour. Time management is very inefficient. It doesn't matter how skilled a surgeon you are if you let your patients suffer like this. Very disappointed with the staff as well as the doctor. Would never recommend anyone. Anyone reading this, kindly save your time and money by not visiting the hospital, certainly not the last hospital in Vadodara.

Doctors are nice but the management is soo soo bad .... reception people are not at all cooperative, they just don't care about patients .... busy with the landlines all the time ..... Dr Preeti n Dr Nagesh need to check with the staff, at least teach them politeness...

Doctors are talented but administration needs to be improved. A lot waiting has to be done in pain for patient after having fixed appointments. Administrative staff kill time

Best doctors or I should say best personality's with best staff !! Their smiling face make patient mentally and physically well before the treatment I have experienced this personally

Better place for urology treatment. I have had 2 surgeries here, done well by expert doctors.

Very bad experience with the mediclaim staff, Mr rajesh very illiterate person, event nit able to remember his what he said, even not able to process single file from my family end

My wife has two Kidney stone operations recently done by Dr. Kamat sir with Dr. Saurabh Jambu. We are very happy with them for best treatment and cooperation, apart from their humanity approach. Best doctors in Baroda for illness regarding urology. All staff of Hospital are very good and helpful.
