Great place to stay... enough space, spacious rooms, incredible service ... perfect location... this is really worth for family stay... situated at walking distance of calangute / candolim beach
Why I rated 5 star because of following points - 1. Location - walking distance from Siquerium beach, so it make it awesome. All water sports activities we can do there. 2. The guest house is very near to the beautiful road, where nice restaurants, shops etc are available. 3. The place is very calm and peaceful, best for family 4. Good playing area for kids, it's safe and clean. 5. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast is homely made with a very good taste. 6. Property owners are very supportive, humble and guides very well. My family enjoyed the stay and hopefully we will visit there next time
The guest house and it's services were outstanding.. we had a great stay and enjoyed our vacation.. For family it is very good place to stay. We stay here one week Owner is very cooperative and the ambiance is very well maintained.. the guest house is just on a walking distance from beach
It's a beautiful place with beautiful location, spacious, peacefull, near to sinquerim beach and aquada fort ,it's all that we needed. The family was so welcoming they guide you,serve you homemade breakfast (loved poha spcially)makes you feel at home. For me this was home away from home,and I would recommend to all to experience it.. A big thanks to Kamat family,we look forward to visiting you again...!!
The place is beautiful and calm. Rooms are spacious and clean. Owner uncle and aunty are very courteous, humble and guides well to visit places Goa. We enjoyed our stay and will always stay whenever we visit Goa.

The best place to hangout with family & friends. It's very near to Siquerium beach. The place is really cool for family and it is well maintained and clean. I would suggest to stay here as it is very economical. And the best thing is Kamat family is very supportive. They will guide you to enjoy your trip.
It's not a hotels it's a basic comfortable home stay. Place is very beautiful, rooms are super comfortable. They provide basic stuff like soap, towel, rooms and washrooms are clean 24 hours running water. The uncle and aunty is very polite. They served you homemade breakfast (excluding in tariff) Breakfast is delicious. Must try POHA.
Visited the site whilst on holiday to look at an apartment for sale. I found it to be a really nice area with well-kept gardens and surrounding areas. The apartment we looked at was 2 beds with an open-plan kitchen and dining area. It was very spacio

It's a budget friendly place and also it was a walkable distance to nearby Candolim beach. The host Mr.Deepak, who was so friendly and gave lots of information to plan the day. Felt like we r in home. It is very much recommended.
