It was not as expected according to brand standards I felt it's a neglected food outlet , washrooms for both men and women had no running water it just stinks , the staff are not customer centric, overall my experience with the brand and particular this outlet was a big let down would not recommend anyone at all. I had to literally go to the cashier and ordered tea, coffee it's that kind of service you might be served. Overall I felt outlet is not well ventilated, staff in kitchen were not visibly hygienic in short they were not in uniform etc. Food I didn't try because of the filthy washroom experience.
Food is not ok. Service is very worst, we waited for nearly 15-20 mins just to place order!!! No supplier was keen to check on us!!! We waited for nearly 30-40 mins after placing the order!!!! Overall they wasted nearly an hour unnecessarily!!! The place is very very hot, no ventilation at all except the entrance door, inside it all closed door and exhaust fans, inside it's like a Owen!!! Horrible place!!!
Worst Kamat hotel I have ever seen, please change your staff or close it. Please don't spoil name of Kamat hotels. Also zoom and see the ant floating on the sarru. We visited at around 3 in afternoon, no food items was available expect thali, so we ordered started eating food, 175/- this kind thali...are you crazy, it's not about price is in pure veg restaurant and there dead insects floting on food. So that day, whoever ate food became non-vegetarian. Nobody will pay anything for this kind of food. Also there was only one server and lady server cum cashier. Maybe next time I'll visit another Kamat restaurant, but will avoid this joint for a lifetime.
Food is average. Idli taste was decent but it was cold. Mango juice was sour with lot of elaichi.
Food quality is food, taste of some items was very very good like the pictures which I've added.. tried beetroot chutney for the first time here and loved it.. lady's finger fry was too good. All in all jolad rotti meals was good.
I generally don't put up a bad experience but this is out of the world. Super Highlight to Mr Deepak Patenak - Extremely rude to elderly people and worst of all to ladies. Wow Mr Deepak Hats off to you. Remember u are not doing us a favor. Pyaar se khilao we are your guests who are paying for our food. I will stay hungry for miles more but i won't stop to eat at this place ever.
We went their with plenty of expectation but we were disappointed. Food - There is not much variety or combo offers . Took lot of time to serve. Food quality was not that good. Atmosphere - Interior is not maintained well. Kitchen does not look to be hygienic. Does not feel and look good at all. Not enough space if you are visiting in large numbers 15+. While buying sweets kindly validate expiry. People are good but need more training and infra.
