Poor customer service. Some of the staffs are chitchatting without attending the customer. 1 among the staff in first floor was enquiried my personal details, even though she didn't help in finding the shop collection. It's not a systematic way of dealing the customer. Selection is good.

It's a super shop. In Kerela I didn't seen a shop like this it's amazing shop and the behaviour of the staffs in the shop is very good. And the products in the shops are really good. I had no words to say about that shop it's an wonderful and amazing shop.there Managing director is good in character in involving with customers. I am likely to say this in my full faith.
