Honest Review : Dr Sonia Tiwari (Cancer Department) + Kamla Nehru Hospital The hospital and the facility are pathetic. We took a consultation from Dr Sonia Tiwari, who is a cancer specialist. The knowledge and behavior of the doctor + hospital staff is very bad. All they care is about making money. I can write so many incidents that happened, but the post will become very long, but I'll try to explain a few. Every time we visit Sonia Tiwari we have to give fees .Even if you come next day you have to pay fees again. Even when we were under her treatment, if we tried to call her to ask any medicines of the patient, if they were a bit uncomfortable. She would say, "Please come and pay fees first." Usually, when you are under some doctors treatment, they help you with consultation over the phone, but Sonia Tiwari only cares about fees. I am not even mentioning the chemo medicines, whether it was good or bad, that she used to prescribe and make money of that. Because I m not a doctor so judging medicines would not be correct , but I can definitely understand the money business she is involved in. Each chemo set used to cost around 15-20k, and the same medicine was available outside of the hospital at around 7k. We requested her if we could take it from outside, but she rudely said she is not responsible if we take from anywhere else apart from the hospital shop since she gets commission from hospital The more funny thing was if you say you are Sonia Tiwari patient , the only room you will get was around 3k. Hospital staff will directly say no other room is empty. And the discharge time for the hospital was 12.00 and Dr Sonia used to come on round at around 12.15 and sometimes she won't even come..But she will not write discharge on the file so you have to pay one day extra bed cost just for 30 mins extra. The nurses are extremely rude and unprofessional. You have to call them each time, and it's your responsibility to check if medicine is going correctly or not.. They come just one time, and when you call them again, they show extreme rudeness. I won't say I lost my mom because of Dr Sonia Tiwari consultation since it is hard to know the disease complexity , but the money minded approach she has is very bad. She is very, very rude, and I would suggest never to go under her consultation. It took me one year after my mom to write my heart out. Hope she reads this and understands that making money from situations doesn't make you a good person.

Dr B Paul may be a big renowned doctor but is a very rude person. Patient's problems also he doesn't listen to properly.

A staff named Amrendra works in the Radiation Department, he harasses the girls, looks at them with dirty eyes, touches the girls inappropriately, please take any action against him otherwise a complaint will be filed in police.

Talking about Dr. B paul....no professionalism Very worst experience ...the doctor has no ethics..he just sits there to make money ..my grandfather is suffering from cancer and he is being treated in banaras for long time , he was having some problems from few weeks so we went to this doctor with our problem, but he didn't let my father to come in with him , so after my grandfather went inside alone, he didn't even ask for his problem, directly asked that why you are taking treatment in banaras and not here , so my grandfather was not able to respond to it and he said if you having problem then go to that doctor only why coming to me , my father heard this from outside and came inside and told him that just see your patients na so he started misbehaving....worst doctor ever ..

Very nice big ,beautiful and neat and clean hospital all kinds of safety measures are taken for corona, thermal scanning is done everywhere, proper sanitation is done without mask not allowed to enter inside the hospital, staaf is so good, they are suppeprtive, all over you don't feel any kind of trouble and loneliness in the hospital because of very nice park inside the hospital and calm environment

Sorry to say but it is now the worst hospital and worst behaviour of doctor. Nothing is organised in the hospital. Very old style treatment. No time for patients. Doctor patient ratio is not good. Overall if you want to kill your beloved take them to this hospital.
