Disgusting, my bus was at 11:30 for Bikaner from Ajmer, it didn't arrived then it came at 12:55 and when i enter in bus from no where there was a different guy sleeping on my seat. Very disappointed never gonna travel from this travels.

Very bad experience. Not feel like sleeper journy... It's feel like.. local bus... Only selfish travels...... Not comfortable for long journey...... Not any fix stopage..... It stops anywhere...

Do not travel. Recently travelled from Ajmer to Agra sleeper Bus. Seats are in worst condition. Bus conductor and driver are unprofessional, ill-mannered. They think they are doing any favor while traveling in their bus. Whole night they were Talking in high pitch, could not sleep. Dont have luggage tracking system or number system. Unnecessary Shouting on passengers while keeping and giving bags to passengers from luggage box. Also there were so many insects.

1. Friendly staff and service too. Nice experience with kamal travels. 2. Best bus traveling service for the route of Rajasthan to Delhi or Delhi to Rajasthan. 3. I believe they have wide network of buses all our the Rajasthan such as jaipir, Ajmer, pushkar, Delhi, gurugram, etc. 4. Kamal travels Punctual about travel time of arrivals and departure. It's located on the very busy Kutchery Road. The don't have a sitting area, drinking water, toilet etc. You have to wait with luggage on the road. Bus conductor do not verify whether all booked passenger boarded. An average travel agency, nothing special. In Rathore Travels MADHO bus there is no any barrier to stop you falling from sleeper.

If you are traveling for 7-10 hours from their services, so please dont sleep otherwise they will not stop your bus on stop or remind you for your stop, also no blanket, no water, and worstest part is in this chilling month there windows is opened and jammed, i tried alot to close it but it was jammed and it made my journey like hell. I was traveling from ajmer to gurugram yesterday night. 1. No blanket. 2. No water. 3. No any stoppage or reminders to passengers. 4. Bus is not on time. 5. Bus was very dirty and Fouly. Doesn't recommended to anyone, worst experience ever in my life. I am feeling very bad that i have no option to write this giving one , otherwise i would give it zero.

Excellent Travel Agency. It is very safe to travel by road. Minimum facilities are provided to the passengers and transportation of goods and luggages too.

Worst Bus Service! A tourist bus sent to Jaipur converts into a state transport bus once the bus leaves Ajmer city. Ill mannered driver, conductor as well as the tourist guide! No No No Not recommended to anyone!
