With time the quality of service has drastically dropped it seems. Tables left dirty unattended. No one came to take orders for over 20 minutes. Order management was highly unorganised. However the food was good. And a few staff were trying hard to do whatever, while others were just there. They cannot take business loads. Clearly.

As much as the grub seemed wholesome, the waiting time clubbed with lack of service prompted me to cater the rating. Nearly 15 minutes we had to be idle till the order person even managed to look at our side, and there were nearly two families only at the time of order. Despite waving at the three order guys, no one even bothered ratbat to look at us. A ghee roast costs whooping 100 bucks, where plain roast charged with Rs 80,and the winner is a normal tea with Rs 25. Quotidian aquafina h20 amount to Rs 25 /-. The dishes ordered were tasty, made with utmost care but not worth and crafted for the charges. Not visiting again. The management ought to step in with an action plan to pacify the order management and end to end delivery!!

Worst service. Not recommended. No proper response from staff. Very rude in Handing customers. Basic table manners is to ask or provide water, they failed to do that. Never expected this kind of service from here.

We went to this restaurant for lunch on the way back from Jatayu Earth Center. We reached there around 2pm. They took our group to Rassasy Multi Cuisine restaurant inside the Hotel Hill way park. They had only our party available for dine in. Later inside Rassasy, we have ordered 6 Veg meals to get the food fast as well as 2 non veg dishes. But we had to wait for a long time and finally the meals came after 20-30 mins. Food was not hot and Taste is ok. They don't refill the curries properly in the meals and take lot of time to bring the curry. Looks like they are taking food from other Veg restaurant. Service Inside Restaurant: There was only one girl who is serving inside the restaurant. 2 managers were there earlier and later we couldn't see them for anything. Another guy who brings food only until the reception area inside the restaurant and always ask that girl to serve. Even for the bill, he was talking to her and pushing her to bring the bill to us. Finally I went and paid at the receptions as it was getting late. Good parking areas even for bigger vehicles and close to NH. Very good ambience and restaurant is very clean. They have a bar facility as well but didn't visit there.

This restaurant is located conveniently on the side of MC road near Nilamel and is a good location for a break. The restaurant is part of a hotel and has ample parking facilities. The restaurant has both open area dining and interior AC dining. The food is generally ok, tasty and worth a try. There is generally not much delay in service.The rest rooms are neat and clean. This is a value for money restaurant and recommended especially for breaks during long journey

Well maintained restaurant and the meals were amazing. The service was also good. People were very courteous

The staff requires additional training as they lack awareness of the menu items, merely taking orders. Moreover, a staff member took the order and another one informed about unavailability without offering an apology. Improved training in hospitality manners is essential.

Good food and even better service. Regular stopper here for a meal or quick bite
