The reception staff was not behaved properly. The staff name Shivani did not print the reports even after requesting or clearly refused to print the reports. The attitude of talking was also very wrong.
Worst staff, bunch of imbecile people. Almost 90% staff is kind of illiterate type who don't even know how to talk and behave.
1) You need to run from one department to another for small things yourself. Staff doesn't want to even move an inch.
Nurses don't care about you, they avoid getting into patients room and will just give you medicines fast and rush outwards. Will not answer or help you with anything.
2) Doctor will come and be in hurry (as in other hospitals too) but here they will not explain whats going on and instead of answering any queries they will just ignore you.
3) Reception staff and specially TPA staff are very ignorant and worst part of this hospital. For discharge of patients they ask them to wait till 5PM. I informed them one day before and exactly 10:30, 12 and 3 PM on date of discharge of patient but they told everytime it will take another 2 hours since we have compiled your file yet.
4) If you want to give feedback to management then it's near to impossible. Guess why?? Since they are not present in their rooms.
Avoid this hospital at all costs or keep fighting while you are ill for small things.
Kamal hospital admission esprisnas is very good and Naveen marking manager is very cooperative parsion

The receptionist was too rude and made the bill high and the doctor charged too much without even checking and they also kept some items purchased by us for the treatment.

On average hospital. In terms of price it is on average. And in terms of doctors, we can't believe them when they can leave the hospital permanently. Otherwise hospital is as on average.
Value for money Hospital. My wife was there, doctor was polite and attentive. No issues at discharge. Just paid and there you go.
Post discharge visits were also smooth.
