Kamakshi Yoga center - Yoga instructor in Jhansi - Jhansi, India

This is an honest review and my personal experience at kamakshi yoga centre. It has been just a month for me practicing yoga and I'm literally amazed to see the difference. I came here with major health issues - migraine, cervical pain, insomnia, pcod, female pattern baldness etc. I'm glad that now I've overcome my migraine, cervical pain to a great extent. Looking forward to heal my body more in and out. Ritu ma'am is best at teaching yoga. She gives equal attention to each and everyone of us. Highly recommended to those who want to heal their body not just physically but also mentally and emotionally.

I joined yoga class for irregular period problem. Within a month my menstrual cycle is regular. Ritu mam trained very well. She keep eye on each and every student. Best and supportive atmosphere in class. I am experiencing best yoga session daily with kamakshi yoga center.

It's been a while I have started practicing yoga in her classes...I must say..she is the most dedicated teacher I have come across so far...Best at what she does...Ritu ma'am not only pays equal attention to each of her students but also pushes them to do better each day..Yoga has not only helped me physically but also with all the mental issues...Thanks to Ritu ma'am for pushing me each day..I will be forever grateful to her for introducing yoga in my life...BEST IN THE TOWN

I m associated with Kamakshi yoga center for the last three years. I m very comfortable with on line class as instructor Ritu Jain pays full attention to all the participants individually.She always tries to teach us different kind of postures every day . She tries to improve our yoga skills gradually so that we can comfortably cope-up with her.To improve our health parameters nd maintain weight we should certainly join Her classes.

It's been a year since I joined ...... had some medical reasons for joining yoga and since then I have always looked forward to the sessions ... our instructor Ritu is great at her job and the best part is that she pays attention to all the offline and on line students simultaneously

It's the best yoga center you could find in Jhansi. I really enjoyed the way of teaching & the ambience. Not just the body changed also the mind. Ritu is a patient, kind & supportive teacher. Who will push you to be better at yoga while also recognising & respecting your limits.

Hello all..... I couldn't be able to find my strength and power if I wouldn't have been joined Kamakshi Yoga Centre in 2021, I transferred to Jhansi in 2020 in one year i completely lost myself mentally physically and emotionally and after one year in 2021 i found or you can say I reached out to Ritu mam, first it was for my daughter at Kamakshi Dance Academy and after that it becomes one stop solution for me, the way she teaches yoga alignments, the way of her devine meditation process it's all tremendous. I found myself there and I found a healthy me there, healthy in the way of physical, mental and emotional. Now in June 2023 I left Jhansi, Ritu ma'am and her YOGA is the only reason for which I didn't want to leave Jhansi. But now still I m connected with her and Yoga as there is online classes and techniques of teaching are the same. I am missing offline classes but I will always be connected with RITU MAM and Kamakshi Yoga Centre...... LOVE YOU RITU MAM
