Had ordered for a engagement ring, the design which I selected was not prepared rather they gave some other design which they took 3-4 weeks to get it done. Later when I convey and showed the design for which they had billed, then the management changed and gave me the selected design ring in a week. Poor management and takes more time to deliver when you place an order.
