Overall experience was good. We were greeted with a cup of coffee. There were a variety of sarees. We spent a lot because of the Aadhi Sale. We liked it a lot and writing this review for better facilities and collections. The people were nice and Helpful. It was great Cooperative staffs , good collection , affordable rates , good ambience with perfect quality material The cost of the textiles are bit on the higher side (please carry your debit cards and credit cards if you are taking women with you. :-D ) But during sale the price drops considerably and can grab good deals at that time. And alot a day for shoping, if going with your family, it is time consuming.
Visited Kalyan Silks, Kochi yesterday for cousin's wedding purchase. We went in search of a wedding lehenga and the collections were so good. They also have sarees in affordable budget rates. Good service all over, sales people are the best
Parking lot is very pathetic and with mud slurry. The staff won't allow you to park in front, if they feel so, even if space is available. I have to climb the steep road after parking the vehicle in heavy rain. The management should have engaged drivers and security with umbrella. I have to wait for 10-15 minutes for billing and further 20-25 minutes to get delivery. Management would have posted more staff. In total the experience is not so encouraging.
