Stayed from 15 Nov to 17 Nov 2023..Worst experience. Found lots of cockroaches in rooms 203, 308 so changed to 304. Room cleaning not done every day..There was dust on every furniture. didnt get complimentary water bottle too, when asked for, i was told Water bottles stock at the hotel got over. No management, u ask for something and it doesnt get delivered or takes forever. Total disappointment, for people coming to Lord Balaji darshan from other states. Bathroom are having yellow spots all over and looks very old with water stains. You charge high prices but i expect quality service. For 1 hour extra they asked for 2000/- which is illogical. Will never recommend this hotel. Better check Minerva or Bliss.

"I had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel, and it was a complete disaster. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a rude and unprofessional staff. If anything asked from service they will take 2hours for each service, unprofessional staff and they Even didn't know hownto receive customers and the fare they charging is very high and its unfair for that hotel and rooms and one more worst thing is the road entry is full of sewage and dumping smell The room was in terrible condition, with a musty smell and dirty linens. The bathroom was disgusting, with mold in the corners and a broken shower.Full of ants and mosquitoes and bad smell in rooms. wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy."
Worst experience. Not provided satisfactory service. Food is also not good. Literally they ignored their customers. I have booked deluxe room but they provided executive room. Rubbish service... smoky smell at every floor. Not good for family as well.. even room cleaning also not done every day... Don't go.

Plus points : walkable from Tirupati station, Pure veg hotel, Good food, lift available, breakfast included, spacious rooms, toiletries provided, complementary 1 liter water per 24 hrs of check in, hot water kettle, tea and coffee available within room
Areas of improvement : Flooring of toilets to be cleaned properly, hot water in wash room is actually warm water, during breakfast fruits were not replenished after first round so for both days we missed fruits,
Please don't book online room booking which is nothing but cheating general public stating that you have booked from online and you have to checkout by 12 noon(merciesly necking out you from hotel. Secondly even if you opt for and pay for free breakfast they will say that our record shows that free breakfast is not showing and you have to ask you your (you have to be ready for begging) booking partner. Even otherwise the room booking is worthless to the maximum extent of Rs.1500/-. I am being a local to Tirupati frequent visitor I can give only less than one star for the tariff and you can enjoy all the benefits at Srinivasam, Madhavam and Vishnu Nivasam Dormitories. Lastly I request you worst to worst don't go for online booking and face humiliation and torture.
We came here in a group with the Tirupati family. We stayed at this hotel for 2 days. General Manager Srinivas who is the GM here is very good natured and his staff is also very good. The cleanliness of the restaurant as well as the room was very good. The service was professional, amazing and gave a special personal touch to everything throughout the event. . *Mr. Special thanks to Srinivas Ji M.* Very clean and fresh atmosphere. People are very polite and give very good service. Also the quality of the food was excellent and the taste was pure gujarati we had a satisfying experience I strongly recommend everyone to stay here
I stay in this hotel as my tour package booked by IRCTC. Hotel room was big and spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet was good, lots of varieties and tasty. Location of the hotel is very near to Railway station.
