very worst experience. Manager having very rude behavior's . Not transparency on making charges and discount. If you having good bargaining skill then you go there. Don't go for kalyan gold scheme.

Visited Kalyan Jewellers in the evening. There wasn't much rush in the store. So we got good service. The person who attended us was Mr. Ganesh. He understood our requirements and helped us patiently. They have a decent variety catering to various budgets.

Worse experience.. Initial I feel that Kalyan jewellers is very good,but after looking the bill I got to realise that they steal my small amount of money. My purchase was under one scheme where making was 12% upto 3L purchase, but in one out of my two bills they added it to 20%. Also gold rate for that bill also not as per scheme. I was not expecting this from such big jweller.

Worse experience. Better to buy in small shops. They promise exchange and in the next day itself they try to come up with some stupid reasons to avoid exchange and they are not at all interested to show products to customers.

I am writing regarding my recent experience at kalyan Jewellers store located in Magarpatta, Hadapsar, Pune, Maharashtra. I visited this store with the intention of selling some gold items and, in exchange, purchasing gold jewelry. After the gold was melted and its purity determined to be 52 carats with a weight of 9.860 grams, I proceeded to explore the jewelry items I wished to buy. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the desired size and design among available options. Therefore, I requested either a cash payment or a 10-gram gold coin in exchange, and I was willing to cover any price difference. To my surprise, I was informed that store no longer offers cash or gold coins as payment options for gold sold. This information was not communicated to me beforehand, neither in any signage nor by the staff, prior to the gold being melted. Consequently, I have received the melted gold back from the store. Initially, the gold items I sold to the store had purity markings on them. However, I no longer possess these markings, leaving me concerned about selling this gold elsewhere. I lack a receipt as well, which further complicates matters. I am now faced with uncertainty about the consistency of weight and purity if I decide to sell this gold in another store. As a customer, I believe I should have the right to choose my preferred mode of payment, especially when it comes to a valuable commodity like gold. Offering limited payment options reduces the flexibility and convenience for customers. Experiencing disappointment during my recent gold transaction at the store was truly disheartening. Regrettably, this encounter has left me with no desire to revisit the store in the future. Customer satisfaction and transparent policies are paramount in any business, and I hope the store can reflect on this feedback to enhance their practices.

See its all about customer service. Doesnt matter whoever is entering the premises if u are good with the service u will get the crowd. I did not had plan to visit it was random visit but later i had decided to buy due to good customer service and detail orientation about the products. U can approach the local shops but in order to get the value and future assurance u need this sort of place . Rest is all good, nd cheers for the humble staff..

Extremely Disappointed Happy with my first purchase went again to buy another ring from Kalyan Jewellers Magarpatta City Pune Maharashtra and got to know about SCAM this time. I asked them that polishing on ring is fading and see if they are able to do something about it but to my surprise I was given a completely different item. I specifically told them that I cannot wear GOLD as its against my culture and if they can get something in Platinum. Sales Executive told me that entire ring is made of Platinum and its just polishing that looks yellow I agreed and bought. To my surprise this time they told me it's rose gold and no polish. When I went ahead and explained everything to them they told me that this will not be exchanged or replaced and started talking rudely that can't you read bill and so on. In bill itself there is no mention of Gold. I strongly recommend to avoid Kalyan Jewellers Magarpatta City Pune Maharashtra
