That's why, on October 21, 2023, between 2:00 PM and 4:30 PM, my family and I decided to once again visit Kalyan Jewellers, Ajmer Road, Jaipur with a special purpose - to purchase a ring for my mother. As we walked through the doors, we carried with us not just our dreams but also the hard-earned money of my father, who has toiled tirelessly to provide for our family. Regrettably, our experience this time was far from what we had anticipated. The parking area guard's behavior was a disheartening start. He seemed to pass judgment based on the modest appearance of our car, completely disregarding the fact that the value of a person's character is not determined by their vehicle. The emotional toll this behavior took on us was immeasurable. As we reached the second floor in search of that perfect ring, we were met with further disappointment. The salesgirl, who had a running nose and stood at a shorter height, was not just unenthusiastic but also unprepared to help us find the symbol of love and appreciation we were seeking for my mother. Our hopes and dreams were slowly fading as we walked away unsatisfied. This visit was not merely about a ring; it was about preserving a memory and expressing our love for a cherished family member. It was about honoring the sweat and sacrifice my father has put into our family's well-being, symbolized by the hard-earned money he entrusted us with. We had chosen Kalyan Jewellers, Ajmer Road, Jaipur over other options in Jaipur, but we left questioning whether our feelings and the importance of our hard-earned money were truly understood. Its been a lovely to visit the store for my gold chain. Very hospitable and jice staff. Ms. Suman Choudhary and Anita Choudhary were very hospitable and greeted us very well. Very amazing knowledge of products and awesome assistance by them. KEEP IT UP AND GIVE THEM A RAISE.....

Yesterday I visited kalyan jewellers and i had a great experience. They made my journey so easy to choose my jewelry. Especially lilesh singh.. He is such a great person. He helped me so much throughout....

Worst experience as the staff is not interested and attentive to us. Even the mangers are not doing anything we have wait for about half an hour but no one attended. So finally we leaved the store and no one cares.

Here available many kinds of products like you want here you found whole purity of gold with hollmark. But making charge is little bit higher than usual market.. but in the case of product no doubt to buy you can buy as per your choice.. all staff well mannered they guide very politely. Had to wait for almost 2-3 hours just for billing. The associates were not clear about GST, their billing takes forever, the lift doesn't go to 2nd floor, the associates don't even offer water, we had to literally ask for it. We asked for coffee too but they forgot. I think because Kalyan is getting customers anyway, the value of customer is going down day by day. We spent almost 1.6L INR which is not a small amount and this is the treatment we got. Will never go back.
