Gold design models - few are really good, but most part just above average. Too much Extra charges like wastage, making, etc... Friendly staff. Off course they are doing best job. Gold price little more expensive compare to other competitors. If you're desperate to buy a unique model then spend good amount of time to bargain and buy. All the best for best bargainers
Worst design, worst customer service
Good one though the store is no competition to its peers in terms of ambience. It has many to offer in every collection from the traditional to the western to the stoned and diamond jewelry. The percentage taken for wastage is much less compared to other big brand showrooms. The service is good, would certainly prefer and recommend.
Customer service is very bad they are not easy to communicate and also Making charges are too high.
Visited to purchase ring.. Decent shop. But couldn't select the ring due to limited designs. Wish the management get more designs which helps customers.

Been there to get my daughter's ear piercing. The staff was vey courteous and friendly. Spent good time with my kid and really made the task so easy n simple. Great expereince indeed. Best option for near-middle class people to go jewellery shopping in branded showrooms, without having to shy away.
