Average customer service, and manager is not that all customer friendly, may be friendly to only South Indian customers, felt the difference. Collections and designs are not bad, competitive to other stores like Joyalukkas, Malabar and other. We usually avoid to visit this store because of average customer service and manager's unwelcoming nature to some customers.

Very good place for gold and diamond jewellery. Lot's of collection. Must visit once if you are looking for gold and silver jewellery in Bangalore and in Karnataka. Staff's are very friendly and they know how to guide customer as per their requirement.

Pathetic Service. They do partiality between north Indian & south Indians. If you speak Hindi/English, please do not visit this place. They will keep ignoring you. Nobody will come to attend, nobody will bother to show you anything. Even if you ask multiple times, they do not care at all. They make you feel like they are giving the jewellery for free. I DO NOT SUGGEST THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

Making charge is 22.5% which too high. And they were greedy to collect RS 50 when asked for a round off after purchasing a big amount of gold

Worst customer service. The representative who was attending us didn't knew either hindi or english and was answering our questions in Kannada without understanding it. At least he should call someone else and ask to attend us. They are behaving like they are not responsible for anything. If you attend the customers like this then I am sure no one is going to come again to buy anything from you. You grow by retaining the customers and giving good customer service. I am not going to buy anything from Kalyan jewellers ever again.

Visited kalyan jewellers for the first time today after visiting Bhima jewellers - next door, went there to buy small earrings for my maid, the sales guy was sThe service I recived there was so had he showed us 5-6 pieces and then said pls decide fast as we have other customers and I left from there immediately. Now about Kalyan- from the time we walked in we were greeted so pleasantly by Darshit... He gave us so much attention and came across really very genuine and was patient. I ended up buying a gold chain and a diamond pendant. Darshit you have made me a customer for life. Thank you and you are a valuable asset to Kalyan and it's customers

We went to Kalyan to buy a minimal pendant for my chain. As soon as we went in, a staff greeted us and told us to be seated and that someone will assist us. In less than a minute another staff assisted us. Unlike the other stores we visited before, kalyan had really good collection, they had great collection of minimal designs too. Pavana was very polite and understood what I needed, she showed me minimal designs that I asked for rather than pushing me to select what I didn't like. I was really confused as to what i should get and Pavana was very patient and let me decide without rushing me. We ended up buying a pendant and a ring. Thankyou Kalyan and Pavana. We are so happy with our purchase.

Too many sales executives, but no one is there to attend a customers even while they are walking here and there. If you are simple person don't dare to go there, they don't care customer with simplicity.
