Yesterday 3rd December there was a advertisement in times of India that the gold rate for today is Rs.5770/- at all Kalyan jewellers. When we visited the shop at thane opp. TMC office, they are saying it was Saturday ' s rate. When the add. Us put in Sunday's newspaper saying today, how they can say it is Saturday 's. That means Kalyan jewellers are fooling people. Please don't fool people, by giving Full advertisement, putting Amitabh Bachchan 's photo. giving the rate same as market rate..please don't follow

I was at Kalyan Jewellers Thane twice in the last 1 month and both times inspite of my bill being above 50k I was not given the offer of 1 gram gold coin which gets published in ads and in their store danglers. The store staff kept repeating it has to be above 1 lac which I couldn't understand coz the ad clearly says purchase above 50k to get the gold coin. This, to me is a clear case of Kalyan Jewellers duping the people with such ads and is quite unethical. The Malayali staff at the billing counter are quite courteous and so was the lady who helped me choose my gifts but there was one short Tamil guy who wasn't letting me ask questions about this offer and just kept saying I should give my credit card fast. I didn't want to create a scene there but it left a really bad impression in my mind overall. Regards Dimple
Very rood people, Scheme they offer but please avoid it, because they will fool at the time of maturity, they charge very high making charges, accross country they have 230 showrooms and their staff has got EGO for the same, so customers are like nothing for them.
