I had a recent bad experience with Kalyan about gold purchase in terms of scheme investment... I purchased gold and difference amount was tallyed through my monthly scheme! When I purchased they did a mistake on scheme, scheme amount not refunded (in terms of gold) with full bonous amount. When I asked the answer was due to montlhy scheme lapse the full bonous will not come to you. I told this was not shared with me on begining or in middle or in any month delay time. I did not argue there because the time was around 07.30pm. closing at 07.00pm. My sales person Athira left and another person assisted me till last. This create a huge inpact on me because this is no the first time I purchased gold and scheme investment. Many times I purchased from another jwellery and they had no any problem like this even in India and UAE. After a month in got a call from Kalyan because of the scheme amount I opted is not benifited for me. They had called me there to clear the scheme balance fund. I really appreciate the effort, courtesy and rapport with customer from staff Mr. VAISAKH and manager Mr. AKHIL in-review of monthly feedback from customers to clear the pending deal which is benifited for customer. This was happen because of trainee person wrongly billed me on last time 07.30pm and my sales person Athira was not told anything about the scheme which I have. Really great effort and sincerly appreciate from my side. Kalyan always cares customers valuable feedback and emotions even after you left form there for a month or more than that. Now I am ready to take scheme from there. Please note:- closing time is on 07.00pm after that they will serve u with pleasure but might goofup will happen.., because your sales person may change due to duty time finish.

I want to thank the entire staff and Kalyan Jewelry. The ambience is well-maintained and excellent. There was a baby feeding area, which was lovely, and I went with my family and baby. We find the employees to be incredibly welcoming and helpful.
