I purchased my gold at 2014 It's sealed by 916. When I encash it, the local vendor checks and shows me the report of 90.6 gold and purity less than 22k (it's actually 21.6)

No collections and also quality also not good.... Within a month the stones from this casual wear ring were fallen, went there then they placed the stones again the same stones were fallen..

Not so great as advertised. Quality of the gold and workmanship is not at par with other renowned jewellery chains. Bought couple of jewels for my wife here and had to visit twice in the first 6 months to fix issues in jewel, even though it was rarely used and maintained well. Making charge changes as per customer, not per the type of jewel chosen. Only consolation was - customer service is good and when issues/damages are reported about jewels, they fixed it free of cost and less unnecessary arguments.
