Hello people, If you are about to get a diamond pendent please check if the stone is really ruby or emerald, when we brought yesterday they said it's ruby but in the provided value card they mentioned it as coloured Stone, which is false positive, and the quality of diamond must more likely to be best but they have mentioned SI ,were we expected VVS , please be very careful at Tirupati store, I hade good experience in vellore store, they were more clear but in Tirupati I m sorry, you were bad at custom service and also has given false positive information which is not OK. I T IS ALWAYS ADVISED TO CHECK FOR STONE XLARITY AND VALUE WITH THE BILL.
I bought an antique jewellery for 100gm. I took it home and next day my mom splashed plain water on it to put it in front of god and to my surprise all the antique coating is lost and it remained in plain gold. I feel like I am being cheated. Please be aware of such fraud not just this store in any store. Hope this review helps!

On the main road and is easily reachable. Staff is courteous. Only drawback is billing took very long time. Their WI-FI is very slow and system kept loading while billing.
