Product wise they have collections. But please dont take monthly installments. They are looting people. Specially if we take monthly installments the gift would be reasonable, usually i pay in different like kalyan, srikumaran, grt. everytime i use to change the shop to explore and understand how things work, comparingly kalyan jewellers tnagar has given me a bad experience, where i took a installment of around 8.5k they give a gift which is worse and not even worth 800 ruppes. This same year i have started one more with srikumaran where they provide decent gift like speakers worth 2000 for a installment of 5000 itself. And also if we pay for 11 months srikumaran say they pay for the 12th month and also 18% tax free, including all these benefits they are providing the services. These people are looting comparatively. Also the person who was responsible when we go to take installments his behavious is ok, and they kept us dragging to give the gift, finally after calling when we went to receive gift, the behavior was very worst. As if the guy thinks he is doing some favour to me out of his own pocket, it was money we pay they are just giving a compliment out of it. The guy working dint even respect it once we take installments there are taking us for granted treating very worse too. Comparingly service wise also for per srikimaran or GRT is ok. So if anyone considers to take installments check different options, there are better shops than kalyan and also the tnagar branch is too worse. Even if you want to consider please dont go to this specific branch. the super gift provided for installment of 8.5k for 11 months. attaching the beautiful photo for reference Thanks!

Worst experience in chit scheme in kalyan. I got cheated by paying monthly scheme in kalyan jewellers when I called up no calls were answered

Service was good when we came to initially buy suppose they wanted the sales but when we said wrle will come back after 2 days to finalize the payments the service dropped suddenly. Waited over an hour was promised we can get the goldsmith to attach the Mangalsutra pendant but eventually after wasting an hour we decided to leave. Salesman doesnt even understand proper english. At least try to help customers and not make false promises just for sales. Wouldn't really recommend but at least Kalyan knew what were looking for compred to other jewellers in the area. 2 stars basically for gold quality and location. Zero stars for service.

I have a bad experience with kalyan jewellers. After using my bangles for 1 week, the bangles design started to break off from bangles. Dunno what to do... one by one the piece is starting to break.

Must include english/hindi speaking salesman.They have good designs but all the earrings have very thick stems and they dont go in ears easily.They should work on their designs to make it suitsble for wider range of customers.
