Pathetic service, in google timing is till 9:30 and its 8:45 they closed the shop and telling not possible to show anything. Google need to check all those properly. They think people are free and dont have any work

When we entered the shop no one came forward to greet us or even ask what our need was. This attitude keeps our appearance and it seems as if they behaved like that. The way they treated us was like we weren't coming to buy anything. But we bought a ring. It seems that the store staff is not paying attention to us because of its low price or something. Another customer who came with us was treated very well. I do not understand why this discrimination. But we will definitely not recommend your shop to our relatives or friends.
Poor quality of jewellery. Earrings stem automatically removing from the ring. How Kalyan jewellers can sell such a poor quality product to customers? very very bad to see and it's pathetic.
Bought silver anklets and broken within a week, they didn't replace, only option given is to buy new, employees said this is our strict terms and conditions.Even if customers buy gold with high value, kalyan jewellers won't replace anything if any fault occurs.Faced Very bad experience ,worst quality.

In case, if you are planning to buy gold through any of their schemes , I would humbly request you to refrain as they are pro in misleading the customers. If not, then please, please... please read the terms and conditions carefully because they make alot of unrealistic promises while selling the schemes, and they would take you for a toss. So, please read the scheme related documents carefully.
