I went with great expectations to buy gold coins, but the coins shown to us were kind off old stocks, had black markings here there. Kind of resold one. Servicing were not that great too, other customer got atleast water to drink but for us no water at all. May be we had gift vouchers that's why service was so dull towards us. Overall I would not recommend people to go. We didn't get any instant gift as per their banner, which says above 25k purchase there is a instant gift applicable for all products. Hope this store will improve.

Extremely disappointed I have been a customer hear from very long time every year I'll purchase through scheme . this time I received Very worst customer service really pathetic experience. Especially billing department person Mr.Sarath was very rude in his behaviour he thinks the customer are illiterate. Only good thing today is Ms.Deepika (sales executive) approach alone. Hereafter I never ever come to this branch in my lifetime and I don't refer anyone to this store.
