Nice collection of gold and diamond jewellery. There are so many options in light weight jewellery too. You get tradiotional plus modern options. The behaviour of the staff is very polite. Overall always a good experience purchasing from here.

Very good designs & options. Good offers also available most of the time. Executives are also very through, well-behaved, soft spoken & knowledgeable. Must mention Mr PK ,the executive, a special thanks for his dealings. Also special mention for all the billing/cash executives. Overall top class.

Had gone on Dhanteras but had to wait for 2hrs in queue. They were unable to manage the crowd. Not organized and dint prepare well for the crowd on the occasion of Dhanteras. They only had One counter to make the payment. I had to stand in que thrice and for almost 2 hrs. 1st line to make the payment. 2nd line to get the receipt. 3rd line to get the product. We all expect a crowd on such a day but then you have to be ready and manage the crowd efficiently.

Their behaviour is very bad. They just cheat people. After the scheme they don't recognize the customer, they don't give any updates. They have duped me. I'm never going recommend this jewellers to anyone. Specially the scheme is a biggest scam of Kalyan.

I went to Kalyan Jewellers to buy 'Sita-har' for my would be, I am sorry to say I was very disappointed. There executives come to our home saying that they have lot of collections but in the end it's all show and no go when I reached there. When I asked to show 'Sita-har' they kept showing me heavy heavy necklaces which I wasn't interested in. Then when I got to my product the designs were all primitive and the staffs were least bothered to say anything. There stocks were even less than the jewellery shops in my area. I really won't recommend this brand to anyone.

Third class service and staff behaviour is just horrible. The employee's behaviour is very bad. At first they give us a water bottle but suddenly when they know that we are not purchase product today , he return back the water bottle. Is this the behaviour of the brand? I'm never go again at the store . The matter is not about the water bottle the matter is behaviour and the way of talk..

Most dreaded review I am going to submit. I was supposed to join here on 11th May. I went there for joining along with aforementioned documents. But when a male staff beside the payment counter checked my documents, he said need 2 copies residential certificates, all the documents should be attested by any gazette officer, police verification needed to be done (which were not been previously informed me to carry out). That person is talking to me like taunting even before joining there as a staff. Last Wednesday I called here to inform that only 1 copy of residential certificate is allowed by either councilor or chairman. Then a lady staff told me to go to doctor to get a character certificate (no idea whether a Dr is allowed to give character certificate apart from medical certificates). All staffs are there absolutely nonsense with no actual knowledge and full of incomplete , misinformation. The reviews who mentioned their bad attitude, behaviour I absolutely agreed with them.
