Came here to correct the managalsutra which were bought here. The lady at the entrance not even ready to listen. She simply said the gold smith is on leave. I just want to buy a small ring in which it could have been corrected. One should understand the after sales service. You can't target big customer everyday. Your previous customer after sales service also very important.

Not much customer centric and a bit unprofessional. No courtesy to offer chair to customer. I asked for coffee, they ignored and also didn't show courtesy to offer water atleast. They should treat their customer properly.

Very worst customer service....They think they give free jewelleries. I went to buy a diamond ring and wanted to exchange old one which I bought in kalyan only even though they made me wait and telling it will take more than half an hour to get it done. This is not the right attitude towards customers.. I generally never give any negative reviews still I am here today because it's kind of humiliation. Proper attitude is really important in which ever shop you have. Business is secondary manners is first. Atleast treat others properly henceforth

Kalyan nagar main road is a Jeweller's lane. All well known jewellery stores are here. Kalyan Jewellers is the newest addition. I have been a customer of Kalyan Jewellers and had a good experience everytime. They have plenty options and women are delighted being here. Staff is polite and helpful. Parking is on the road and this road is usually very busy.

Worst service experienced by us. They don't really care and give importance to customer. We had to wait 45 minutes alone for billing. Negligence is what I observed from the service here the thinking is if you want buy or else just leave.

Bunch of thugs! Salesman are only looking to close the deal, by hook or by crook. Personal experience where they used a promotion, guised it as a 'discount' & told me about it a week later when I challenged as to why I didn't receive the promotion. They ask for 18% making charges but have given 12% to some. There is no transparency, and a lots of false promises are made to make you buy (Including their push on diamonds now more than gold, to get more margins and commissions)

Never go to kalyan jewellers, they are advertising upto 20 percent offer on making charges, but when billed it is only two to five percent discount.. The making charges at other shops are far less than kalyan. Will never recommend anyone to shop here.

Worst experience,they don't even know how to assist customers.Every executive has got some attitude there .I don't even know how are they holding Jobs ,when they are failing to do one thing they should be good at? Management should train them properly on the basic etiquette.
