It was a pleasant experience visitng Kalyan, Angamally and the staffs are very self motivated and they even arranged a last minute surprise for my in laws by arranging a cake for there anniversary.

Had a bad experience at the billing counter. Requested for the redumtion of points before billing but didn't do After the payment only I realised that they have not reduced the points from the total amount. When I questioned the person at the billing he replied "billing and payment is done, we can't do anything" Very disappointing experience
