I am coming here when it was inaugurated, today also came to buy some wedding jewellery for my wife's sister . So far everything was good. Quick service, attention, 1-2 staffs were always available to assist customers, But today it was completely changed, no assistance, no security on main door, I reached at 2.30 pm , one person came and asked to me and my wife to sit at one place, after that we were waiting for 15 minutes, no one was ready to ask what we wanted, my wife was thirsty but no one even available to give a glass of water. Finally we got upset and left at 2.45 pm. While going out 2 staffs looking at us but no one asked why we are going back without buying anything. Very disappointed. I think management should take a serious note. I request please don't reply by saying connect on email or given number as i can see whoever given negative feedback, owner just washed their hands by saying it. Take action against staff and keep customers happy otherwise one day you guys will suffer.

After buying 3 schemes from Kalyan Jewellers borivali, when they got to know that I won't be buying anymore from them, they purposely took more than 45min to bill my purchase. Customer service isn't optimal when they can't benefit from you anymore.

The store had pretty good variety under each category. I had gone to exchange some gold jewellery. Loved their collection of diamonds. They also have good monthly plans for customers so that they can contribute some amount every month and then buy jewellery at the end of the plan period. Their staff is very knowledgeable and also very helpful. They explained everything in detail. While they do want to make a sale, they also keep in mind the best interest of the customer.

Be careful before buying the gift vouchers of kalyan jewellery, you will be surprised to hear that they are already redeemed in some other city, they won't share any written communication on when and where they were redeemed. Their customer service will not bother to revert to your request for weeks and same with their grevience addressal team. I lost 2 gvs and they were not at all bothered or helpful.

Wish I could not add any stars, the salesmen here are so drunk. They don't understand what the customer's requirement is. One of them is Akshay, worst. Kalyan, despite its high making charges has these bunch of morons especially at this store.. apalling. Its better to shut your stores.

I purchased good amount of gold from them. Akshay and Rakesh assisted me. Rakesh has skills to trap customers by his sweet smile, they will say insurance is complimentary and then add 6000 in your bill. Always cross check the amount they represent. Further upon final billing then took us to check the gold weight it was 0.30 gm less, executive said thoda upar niche hota he hai, I didn't pay much attention there however upon calculation I got to know I lost Rs1000 for that amount of gold, but I let it go. Collection is good, making charges are reasonable. 3 starts for trying to trap me. Rest everything is fine. I purchased in their making charges offer, however they didn't mention me the thing which I saw on final bill, that the discounted amount will be adjusted in exchange/buy back. Another thing is this staff literally put us in duress situation, they don't let us walk outside the store, they force us to take the jwellery by paying the booking amount or taking the scheme, all will allocate in a group of 6-8 and will force u to do the payment, that was very uncomfortable situation. And the floor incharge is very rude and miserable person, he will not allow to click pictures and will give u such a tough look.

We had gone here because Kalyan Jewellers is a reputed brand. The service was good. They treat customers well. However the making charges are a bit exorbitant as it ranges from 20% to 30% of the gold value. Moreover the variety of rings were less than expected. Overall I would say good experience if you can ignore the high making charges.
