Located in the centre of a market... But I find very few customers visited during the whole visit. Initially we hesitated to go for a purchase but after visiting 2 more shops we didn't get the design we liked in this shop. So finally we made the first gold shop in kalyan at Hassan.
After purchasing we feel that, the reason for hesitation maybe due to maximum sales and service staff are not localities.
Found a amazing team of sales reps at Kalayan showroom today. I am really moved by their nature and approach to customers especially sasidhar( not so sure if that's his name). They were eager in showing the collection and explaining about their monthly plans. Kudos this is wonderful and dedicated team of Kalyan at Hassan. Looking forward to visit again.

Worst place to purchase jewelry especially if you pay any scheme. They say something when you start paying the scheme and something else while purchasing gold. They easily fool people. They will again try to make you buy schemes saying they will give extra benifit, do not fall for that. They make you wait for hours. Not recommended.
In Hassan as very worste service , when I was visited the store buy a ring executive as worste coz he as only focuse on his target not for customer satisfaction ..he is main thing to do the schemes that's it nothing more than that , I was telled more than 10 times I don't want any schemes but he as doing like a blackmailed , I have old scheme is there I was discontinued so extra amount paid and buy the ring ,so he as very rude and you should but the new scheme I don't know wheater this rules is in Kalyan jewellers plss can u clarify this...
