I don't think the advertisement and the collection they have any relation. The same series which is mentioned in the advertisement has a lot and better collection but these are not available in these stores. The service and behaviour is good but they took a lot of time for a simple process. Finding a ring with a bill itself took so long. The ambience and all looks good though

Friendly staff and good experience overall. They also have ample parking space. Although they do not have much selection in all categories, there are some collections in few categories, like the Rose Gold and Diamond and also Gold Bangles with Ruby and Emerald Stones. Also, I would recommend carrying an individual's PAN card for bigger purchases, as it seems like a new requirement now. HOPE THIS HELPS!

The salesman who attended us was not friendly, his customer service was poor. May be they treat you well when you go in for luxurious purchase but not for low budget shopping. When your budget is less, their effort decreases. They wont show us all the collections.

Donot buy jewellery from this shop. I recently bought one ear ring which weighs around 4 gm and a pendant which weigh 3 gm. The making charges were really high - around 14% for earring and 17% for just a pendant. This is really fraudulent. I will never recommend this jewellery to anyone

Bad experience with this jewellery showroom.. Met a bald employee here who is very arrogant person and he is not interest to get the business.

Very bad experience today.. I going to there for exchange.. Gonna purchase 9gm gold and i give to them 12gm.. But sales man said to me you you have only 2000from there side..

Worst ever experience from Calicut showroom manager Mr. Rejeesh, a person who is able to speak abusive type with smiling face. Another one sitting near to him, one Mr ragesh supporting his friend... Customer feedback sites not working. After Depositing in their gold scheme with lakhs of rupees and hearing/facing such a bad person... Feeling insulted by the great kalyan brand itself.
