Hopeless way of cheating customers In case of diamonds too much pricey And after sale service is hopeless . They have a stupid kind of rules and policies Full wastage of customers hard earned money . Had awful experience. I liked something on their website which was worth less than 50k in value. The manager/person who greeted us was clearly uninterested in a 'less valueable' deal and there was definitely some profiling done based on what I wanted to see. He, very rudely said you can see these on the website. Have never seen such behaviour in jewellery stores where I've not even purchased anything Never going to that store again.
