I visited this place two days ago to purchase 20-30 grams of gold. When I arrived, I experienced really poor customer service, and here are the issues I encountered: 1. There was no proper guidance provided. They asked me to stand in a certain area, and I waited for some time. I asked twice where the associates were, but they kept saying they would come, and I didn't see anyone coming to assist us. 2. We waited in the chain and bangles area for more than 15-25 minutes, and no one came to help us. As a result, we decided to leave and purchased gold from another jewelry store. This was a seriously disappointing customer service experience. When I asked questions to the associate standing at the front door, he couldn't provide any answers. I felt really frustrated and dissatisfied.

Pretty n cute designs. Mr. Sangam was of good assistance with great patience. If looking for delicate designs then must visit.

Bad experience from kalyan jewllers. I bought a chain and its broken after two days and they cannot replace as it be charged the complete making price while go for replacement..

The customer service is very very bad. Group of sales executive stand near billing counter which is at the entrance of the shop and when we enter and they respond with utter disgust and disrespect. This is very disappointing as we are regular customer at Kalyan jewellers

I visited the shop yesterday and was looking for a gents ring, the collection for gents ring is good. If you are looking for necklace this collection is not that great. You can definitely visit if you are looking for a gold ring and earrings.

The store experience is nice. Expect some delays in billing due to detailed processes of printing warranty cards etc

Kalyan jewellers are cheaters. We purchased jwellery. They showed us box with jwellery but replaced with empty box by deviating us to fill luckydraw coupons. He handed boxes after 10 mins. We came home and were surprised to see one box empty with no jwellery. Next day when we went, they were calm n composed after we questioned. No explanation they provided. We asked to take us to cc tv camera. They did not nor they provided us the clip. They took it out from a box in an empty shelf and handed us. No explanation they provided nor were they sorry. They dared to cheat as we gave billing address outside Karnataka state. It seemed as if they have done it previously also. They were not even sorry. Never ever purchase from Kalyan. It is not that I couldn't have complained police and ask for footage, just that I have no time to waste on them. I am choosing my battle wisely by making future purchases only at Malabar. I am a regular customer of Malabar n joyalukas. First time I wanted to try Kalyan despite of many bad reviews. But lesson learnt hard!! Congratulations Kalyan for loosing one customer. Continue having employees who cheat and loose many more customers.
