My visit to your store left me feeling humiliated and disrespected due to the rude and disrespectful behavior of your staff. During my visit to the store, I expected a courteous and professional atmosphere, but instead, I was treated with disdain. The staff members at the Hubballi branch behaved as if they were doing me a favor by allowing me into the store. Their attitude towards customers was appalling, making us feel like we were unwelcome guests. It is disheartening to witness such behavior from a reputed brand like Kalyan Jewellers. As customers, we deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of our backgrounds or reasons for visiting your store. This incident has tarnished my perception of your brand and left me with a negative impression. I strongly urge Kalyan Jewellers to take immediate action to address this issue. Customer service is a crucial aspect of any business, and such behavior should not be tolerated. I hope that corrective measures will be taken to ensure that no customer has to endure such disrespectful treatment in the future. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to a positive resolution. Although I visited by seeing bad reviews in Google but I regret that decision

Worst service and staffs are very arrogant behaviour and they think as if they are selling gold ornaments to beggars as if we take it freely. highly irresponsible staff they are spoiling the name of Kalyan brand.

Very late process. Staffs & manager is not able to resolve the things quickly. Schemes are actual scams. Had a very less option for the gold. Only they push for a diamond purchase. Had very bad experience.

I got my baby's Ear piercing done here. Manager Rahul helped us through the process. Staff members were very friendly. Showroom is attractive and clean. I highly recommend Kalyan Jewellers.
