My experience here is very good and positive. Store is very big , beautiful , parking area is very big. Have full of beautiful design jewelry . Staffs are very friendly. Only 1 problem I have faced here. It had taken more than 30 minutes for billing.

Completely Unprofessional. Booked some jewellery and they misplaced after taking advance booking amount. No clarity on terms and conditions. Very Slow billing. They almost took half an hour to hand over jewellery after payment. Don't know how brands like Kalyan working like this.

Not book anything here on festivsl offer I booked a gold on dhanteras but when I pay full price than before dhanteras there was a call come in Kalyan jewellers and say you take your gold in morning otherwise we don't give your jwellery

In this Kalyan jewellers they are wedding good and friendly stuffs the help me too much to resolve my issue of redeeming my e-vouchar there. Here I really appreciate the presence of all the staff member as well as manager everyone is doing their job brilliantly.

I was there for gold but the staff(Anjali) motivated me and suggest me,go for dimond and elaborate the benifit of buying diamond instead of gold. I am so happy the deal i got was so good. Thank you Kalyan
