One of the finest branch in Chennai with lot of collections. Kind staffs explaining everything in detail. Very pleased with them. The shop is maintained cleanly. Have both bike and car parking. Children's play area available in 1st floor.

Star rating-0/5 Sharing my first time purschase experience @Thirumangalam(Anna nagar) branch I got very worst,irritating and embarrassed experience here 1) Collections- very less, and looked kinda old ,not like how it was potraited in the advertisement 2) Very bad customer service 3) The staffs are poorly trained,giving us misinformation. They don't have proper knowledge about the scheme, procedure and billing. 4) I'm not sure whether they have some target or not,they won't look after customer's choice.Instead, they force us to buy their unselling target jewels just to increase their score points! Worst behaviour 5)The staffs were rude. They even won't look after our choices constructively. Even if you are not interested to buy a particular jewel,they will force you, felt very annoyed 6) The staffs don't know how to talk with the customer . Mr.Akil staff is flirtingand asking unwanted personal questions unnecessarily. I felt very awkard. Kinda worst and irritating experience which i never faced in anyother jewellery shops 7) I won't suggest this Thirumangalam kalyan jewellery branch to anyone. Totally dissatisfied,and disappointed. Waste of money and time Worst service. Better go to someother branch in TNagar. Thirumangalam branch is utterworst The manager has to give proper training to their staffs If you visit here,you will be finally disappointed and remain in tension only

Very poor customer service as well as poor behavior, unable to properly understand customer requirements, don't listen carefully, waiting time is long as they are busy talking with each other and wasting valuable time of customer. Wanted to buy but didn't buy after seeing all these. Request management to give proper training to staff.

Good collections and designs. Wastage is higher compared to lalitha jewellery. Staffs are responsive and well groomed. They are helpful and give legitimate information. Silver section is in 2nd floor. Lift facility is available. Kids play area is just for namesake. No use. Wastage is silver jewellery is rocket high. DoNot buy here.

Hi have got worst experience.. customer service sir pathetic .. unable to understand their body language!! When will I get my bill ??? I have bought something on yesterday and I have not received bill till yet..
