you will surely get pure gold jewelry with lots of variety designs. But the service part is too poor. It took so much time to attend the client and then billing was also too slow. Just because they said, due to Sunday.

Good place to buy jewellery but making charge is really high compare to market. Also some of the staff members are really good and showed us good collection of diamond and gold rings. Also showroom is really very huge and well maintained.

I describe my visit which is self-explanatory. Saturday I went there with my little daughter and choose a platinum chain and gold bracelet. After that I proceed for payment but somehow my card not worked and I could not pay the amount, afterthat I request them for very next or day after visit. On the next Monday I send my friend to pick up the selected things but nobody is responded promptly. They don't treat us like gold buying customer. I felt ike I come to buy vegetable. I go there to buy 2 ornaments and start a monthly scheme but I only purchased a chain due to my daughter like that otherwise I never visit there again. Salesman are also not that much warm and attentive, they throw you one person to another. Bill desk person attitude is like bank cashier. I ask them to give a gift wrap but they don't do. Parking space is very limited and most dangerous thing I don't find watchman there at the time of my 2 visits. Compair to this I suggest joyalukkas or Tanishque is much better.

Big show room of gold and diamond and sliver but many time there have call us this sceam ia open but when we go to show room they executive very busy and not attend to use also thay making charge is very high. Many item is not available a felt like thay not HAPPY to serve us.

Kalyan is losing its value in Ahmedabad. Staffs are untrained and too slow when it comes to billing and attending clients. I have always admired Kalyan for its exceptional customer experience but this time I was disappointed and doubt my decision to rely on Kalyan. I hope this review will help Kalyan people become active and retify their miatakes. Also, the washroom stinks badly I have been their thrice in past 6 months and the condition remained same. I strongly suggest people to rethink their decision, Kalyan may be good with jewel collection but customer experience is degrading with time.

They have collection but their billing process is so slow and I'm a old and genuine customer of kalyan jwellers but I feel they waste my time everytime when I visit them they have nice service everything is fine but their billing process is very slow they takes atleast 1-1.5 hour for billing process please take care of it @kalyanjwellers

Great place to get silver, gold, diamond and platinum jewelry. Located in the heart of Ambawadi, Ahmedabad, near Wagh-Bakri office! The range, variety and price is very varied, one must enter only if prepared and interested! The only problem I face is the parking! Very difficult as no signage is there. It'd be great if they provide parking assistance! Another issue is pertaining to the billing and documentation, it takes invariably more than hour to complete the process, and it's not a smooth process either... My suggestions are that for each section appoint two sales exec, one section - who would calculate the weight, rate, and enter into their computers for billing. The billing department can check, cross check and validate the item, thereafter call the client for payment. Once payment is received the items can collected by the customer. This contracts the processing time!
