One of the best showrooms for jewellery. Very good display of products, highly experienced and knowledgeable staff, 5 star rating.
The only thing they have to improve is that they have to do something about their wash room door. I got locked in as the door is plastic and as I closed the door, the latch closed automatically from outside. Pretty scary as I am claustrophobic and the washroom is deep inside the store and luckily I have two sim cards and one was working , managed to call my wife who was in the store and someone came and opened the door.
Making charges are very high but Good service by team.
What a worst welcoming and greeting ever!
They all stand at the door and ask verbally some questions like an interview and then discourage a person and send back without even letting explore. Poor marketing anyway we chose to buy from different shop!

Not at all good service... I would say no service at all... No proper welcome...no proper guidance...nothing...eventhough we waited for 15 minutes...nobody is attending.....then we left the shop...worst service I have ever seen....

The products were nice and plenty of options. The executive behaviour was good but disappointed over billing duration. Billing timing took more than the overall selection period.
Good ambience. Courteous staff. Gold rate and other charges comparatively lesser than various other shops and negotiable too. Added advantage is the availability of parking space in that crowded street.
