First time purchase worst experience. One of the staff was not ready to show collections and blames on us. People who want to buy gold should go with short clothes, wear lipstick and with loose hair, then only you get respect and they show more collections. They have more variety of collections for this diwali but one of the staff doesn't show and shows partiality with south Indian people. Other staff were showing so many collections to customers. Even we are also customers but says "Select soon, other customers are also waiting" as there were less people and also beside us people who sat were sitting, before we entered the store. That staff dint tell them, but told us to select soon. We dint go to buy vegetables or any plastic items. We are spending so much money on gold and it's a lifetime and sweet memory. And when we saw other's staff showing so many collections to other customer, this staff says "who shown collection to them. " Very pathetic experience. We dint go to any small jewellery shop, where I can get less collections. My First experience with Kalyan Jewellers is Worst, Bad, Awful, Horrible experience. Please improve your staff who have good patience, no regional partiality and show atleast available range of collections to customers.

They make us feel small! Middle class & lower are not welcome here. The behavior of one staff who attended us was very inappropriate. The experience was pathetic, I went to so many jewelry stores & this was the worst I had ever seen. I will raise an official complaint. I am a middle-class man, I went there with my friend & her brother and sister, as one wanted to buy earrings. The person who attended us, his body language & comments on us were very inappropriate. He gave us a seat in front of a counter & came back after 5min, we asked to show the earrings he said 'itne saare design lage hein inmai se koi pasand he nahi aaya' & smiled weirdly. Then he asked, 'kitne budget phale ye batao' After all this, we decided an earring & all the time he acted like we were wasting his time. we decided on a ring and asked for the price he told us which was more on the higher side, He said there were discounts available. We discussed it with ourselves & told him that we don't want to spend this much on this particular one. He said to us to our face ' Ab kya ho gya ye bolo na budget ke bahar ja raha hai' 'phale to pasand aa rahi thi' then he said just picked take everything (earrings) away from us & told ' mujhey to phale se pata tha aapko leeni nhi h or pasand nahi krni'

I had purchase gold and sale them the old one which was 21.180 karrat then had given me rate of 18 karrat . they are fooling the customer. very pathic service better to take from other place

I visited this place with my family to buy some good gold for my brother's wedding. We found some good range of engagement rings , bangles, mangal sutar & necklaces. Very good range of designs they have. & This outlet is so authentic & staff is so well behaved, groomed & well mannered. Store is quite big enough & billing process is too good over here. I had a great experience over here. I can recommend this to all.

We purchased bangles. The service provided was very good. The RSO Rani Sharma showed extensive designs and is very polite. Highly recommended.
