Kalyan Jewellers Velachery Located in Prime location of Velcahery 100ft Road. Gold Jewellery collections are okay when compare to silver section. Antique models are really good. Wastage is bit high when compare to other shops but They have some discounts on Wastage during festival seasons. Staffs are very polite , responsible and timely response from them. Bit Crowded on weekends. Goldsmith is available in the shop to Repair any damaged jewellery with free of cost. They have enough parking space for car and bike at ground floor.

we visited the Velachery Kalyan jewellers branch this week, and had a terrible experience. The collection was decent but the workers were not showing any form of interest to show us anything. the customer service here is absolutely terrible compared to other branches. They had a very bad attitude and were not approachable at all. We weren't offered even a glass of water. Will not visit this branch again and would not recommend anyone this place as well.

Yesterday we went there, the workers are not in mood to show things to customer they simply looking somewhere if customer ask anything regarding jewellery items sales person looking somewhere . If u want to buy gold or anything don't go to this shop they will surely irritate in manner

Had an excellent interaction at Kalyan purchased a set of platinum days of love rings. Muthuvel was very helpful and guided us through the whole process. Great team

Went there last weekend to purchase gold and had a very bad experience. Extremely poor customer service, the lack of interest in selling things to us, lack of interest in showing more options to the customer. Didn't even offer a glass of water. Finally when we bought gold also, the way we were sent off, it felt as if I had bought for free. Compared to kalyan jewellers in kerala , this one stood nowhere. Definitely won't go there next time nor would recommend anyone

I've been purchasing from Kalyan since 2015 at my home town , this is the first time I've been to the Kalyan at Velachery, truly an amazing experience, everything to the smallest detail was taken care of, the sales executive Ms.Kowsalya guided us through the choosing process with patience and diligence, exchange gold ( 916) was given the market rate , billing process too was done thoroughly to the customer's gain , thank you all at Kalyan Velachery for the service provided.

Great for buying jewellery items.. especially if you are looking for north indian touch then in Chennai probably you will like their collections more easily
