My recent experience with Kalyan Jewelers left me deeply disillusioned. Despite my repeated attempts to address my concerns, I encountered an appalling lack of empathy and a complete disregard for my grievances in their customer service. In an industry built on trust, the utter absence of compassion in their dealings is disgraceful. As a customer, I expected more than just indifference; I expected respect and understanding. Kalyan Jewelers must recognize that customers are the lifeblood of their business. The callousness I experienced does not align with the values a reputable company should uphold. I implore Kalyan Jewelers to reevaluate their approach to customer service and inject some much-needed empathy into their interactions. Customers, like myself, deserve more than this heartless treatment. Disappointed and disheartened

My experience at Noida sec 18 Kalyan jewellers was worst.. The employees there are not attending the customer very nicely specially the person name Rao or Rahul... he behaved while attending me in the gold section as if he is doing charity or m asking him something for free.. Jewellery is a costly asset and one will definitely look for option while buying it... he was not at all even interested in showing up the variety store has and after complaining this to manager ... they didn't even admit there mistake.. I would not recommend anyone to visit sec 18 kalyan store...

Staff was rude, bluntly declined they don't give coins less then 10gm. Seriously Kalyan jewellers?????I asked for 1gm coin and staff declined clearly, on the other hand I been to joylukkas showroom in sec 18 Noida itself and staff clearly said they will give gold of any denominations. Kalyan jewellers improve your customer service and staff rather spending money on advertising.

I had a great time shopping with Kalyan jewellers. They have a huge variety of options to choose from ranging from gold to diamond. Their executive Mr. K.K was very calm and helpful throughout our whole purchase.

Had a great first experience and purchase with Kalyan Jewellers. Special thanks to our sales executive Mr. Rahul Kumar for his patience, guidance and help in getting what we wanted to buy. Highly recommended.

Worst service worst quality. For my ring initially it's diamond broke and then ring and they don't even provide you good service. When I go to repair my ring no one was attended properly and finally they told me to go upstairs and get it repair by yourself. Also the finishing after repair was not good. If you go for purchasing they will greet you otherwise they don't even bother. Disgusting service.

Something for every budget. But gold and silver shopping here takes time so come between 11am to 3pm during weekdays for a relaxed experience. Weekends and prime timings are rushy. Showroom timings - 11am to 8 pm. Billing here takes a lot of time, so beware.
