When i visited for the service of product i purchased arrogant staff replied me there is no rule for providing the service i requested, the problem is not about doing the service the way the stupid is replied "No Rule" i have experienced both leading Joyalukas and Kalyan Jewellers i prefer or suggest people to go for Joyalukas they are good at customer behaviour as well the service and very genuine Making charges...
The response from the sales executive is disrespectful towards customers and they are not even maintaining the minimum respect and courtesy while interacting with the people who come to their showroom. As a gold scheme member,I am sharing this review so one can imagine how they would treat other customers who would visit their store. I want to highlight one important issue here - As shoppers/customers it's their right to visit showroom and look for models,check the pricing and decide whether to buy the ornament or not but here with Kalyan jewellers the sales executives behave in a weird way when we ask them to show more models and ask for the price break ups etc. They act more dramatically when we say that we are not satisfied with designs and don't purchase .Sales executive work is to show according to the customers taste and their requirements and they can politely say that if customer requirements are not matching with the stock/designs available. But here the sales executives of Kalyan jewellers starts behaving very weird and we have noticed them passing some sarcastic and satirical comments on the customers. In a business which is super competitive this is actually a self destructive or a suicidal mistake the Kalyan jewellers are doing and I feel pity for the management because it is them who will lose in the business. I hope at least by reading this, the management will train the executives on how to behave with customers and hold the goodwill of business. Thank you Kalyan jewellers for giving such a nice experience and I am going to stop the gold scheme and say goodbye to Kalyan jewellers.
Completely unsatisfactory. Shop is good. But service is very very bad. I bought earrings and had some service stud problem they said that they will repair it in one week and that one week took them more than 1 month to get those earrings repired.
