Kalyan Jewellers - Jewelry store in Chennai - Chennai, India

Visited last week and joined the gold scheme. They gave silver coins as gift. I was not happy about that, but one staff member was arguing with no manners. He insisted that I have to accept that or you can cancel. I told him that I will receive it in future, but he was arguing with me. I don't like his customer service. He was not trying to convince me, rather than he forced me to accept that gift. I joined a new gold scheme with a high amount, but I felt very bad about my decision why I chose this shop(because of his attitude). First of all Kalyan jewellers have to teach their staff members how to communicate with customers.

More than the collections and varieties of jewels I love the aesthetics of the shop. They have designed it so well. A temple within the premises and richness everywhere. Parking is decent.

I am a regular customer to Kalyan Jewellers but I decided not to go anymore. Horrible experience ! Especially to Name : Mr Prabhakaran who is handling us at silver section having ton loads of attitude and initiating arguements too. When I asked his name, he didn't tell neither his co-employees told his name until i insisted very strongly at the counter. I asked for Manager and they said no Manager is available in the whole showroom. Are we coming here to buy jewelry or vegetables ??

We went to purchase an item of jewelry, after being intimated of its availability, but NO, and it was a disappointment. We agreed that if it was not available we would return to order for it

Customer service is worst to the core. They are charging a high wastage amount. Sales men are very scarstic poor customer service. The are investing highly in advertisements so all the cost on the customer heads.. They won't give an estimate for the jewellery. I request not to go ANY BRANCH OF KALYAN Jewellery IN THE WORLD.
