Very rude and disrespectful experience at Kalyan Jewellers, Andheri West. It was not enough that they were not showing us jewelleries which we asked for, one staff actually took the jewellery board from my wife when she was looking into it. We went there only because we trusted the brand but it seems their staff is not interested in selling to customer

Very large showroom. Staff are friendly. Slightly inside from the main link road. Have lots of different designs. Had a good experience overall. They have total 2 floor. 2nd floor is for platinum and diamond. Only one drawback is they don't have lift for going to 2nd floor which is very difficult for aged people.

It's been 3months and still correct product is not delivered. I order 2.4anna bangle from candere on 15april of approx 3gm for 26k. I asked for size change to 2.7anna. They charged me 5.5k extra but sent same 2.4anna bangle with a changed reciept stating It's 2.7anna. Worst Customer service..every time you have to explain history though they say it's recorded. Customer service sagar swami said the bangle sizer they sent to me for checking size and size chart provided online is incorrect. 3months, lost money and no solution received. Days past but no response on email and call.. SCAM..If you dont check weight and size somewhere else than you wont know what exactly yhey provide. SCAM FRAUDSTERS..

Pathetic service given by Nitin Narayanan. Making fun of customers when asking for the cost of the gold coin. Highly disappointed. Tanishq gives the best customer service ever. LEARN!

Very bad experience with the staff member here. No manners to talk to customer if there was no scheme involved I wouldn't even have stepped in that store.

The service is immensely wonderful....The employees are very kind to u and also explain things very well when u are having any doubt...very wonderful experience

Well I want to share three points of Kalyan Jewellers Andheri Branch. Will start with positive first 1. They have really good collections amongst other gold stores as well as more options from Thane and Ghatkopar Branch 2. Wait time - Sales person are good but when it comes to their understanding of billing structure they have no idea. They won't let us come near billing counter they will spend around 30 mins and come up with the charges if cross questioned they have no answer to it and goes back to billing counter for another 30mins. Again won't let the customer talk and get the billing structure clarified directly by the accounts team. If they don't want customers to go back directly then at least they should be trained to understand how it is calculated. We literally spent around 3 to 4 hours only in getting the jewellery billed which was prebooked a week earlier. 3. We were asked for coffee when we entered the store which we never got. After about 2 hours when we told about it they said coffee is over we can get tea. We said that's fine please get it as we were tired sitting idle there and surprisingly we never got tea also.. This is not how you treat your customers considering such a big brand... My family was really very frustrated as it's not a small shop buying something so expensive and getting such a customer service is really very disappointing

Had a great experience in the Showroom which is in Andheri.After purchasing from the shop worth 1 lac 20 i do feel that certain manners need to be inculcated to Mr.Aakash as the tone of talking to his customers was not appropriate and came accross to be rude and arrogant.Would have never entered the shop if i would had got this type of service.Mr.Aakash please respect your customers when you are in a service industry and when there is tons of jewellery outlets just a mile away.
