Customer service is very poor. 1 hr was taken for the Billings.Staff's are not trained and false information are provided to the customers and i feel extremely disappointed from the kalayan adoor branch only....
We visited Kalyan Jewellers for the first time and it was this branch. Must say, it was a good experience. We got welcoming and enthusiastic response unlike other jewellers nearby because we asked for Nose pins. We figured out the sales guy name from the Bill Avinash Anil, he did his best to keep us satisfied and get what we wanted from Nose pin collections. We bought the Nakshatra Diamond collection.

The overall ambience and service could have been better . Not telling that their service is bad but compared to other establishments in this field i feel its not up to the mark to match with service offered by other outlets.
