One of the worst experiences, fooling the customers by advertising an offer outside saying 1 gram gold free for a purchase of 50k. And in reality when you go inside they say it's up to 1 gram and there are terms and conditions associated. Please stop using such cheap marketing tactics to attract the customers and stop wasting there time and money.

Hi all Kalyan Jewellers is located at Dickenson road, just beside joyalukkas at the right of of the sight on your way. There is a general ample vehicle parking for car and heavy vehicles at the left hand side of the road... But you should be lucky enough to get the parking. However few two-wheeler can be parking just at the entrance. However, they have a closed parking place but not for customers it is only for employees... It is a three floors building each floor is dedicated for different sort of ornaments. The ground floor is reserved for Billing, delivery, advance scheme and few ornaments and a seating facility is quite good and hospitality were appreciable. It contains a lift with a capacity of 6-7 members. They have a common toilet for both men and women at second floor. Exchange of ornaments will also be done here. mode of payment can be UPI/NEFT/RTGS/Card Payment etc. For the convenience of customer. Gold/Silver/Platinum are sold here. The infrastructure and it's ambiance were good. But Kannada speaking persons were too less since most of them are from Kerla and they prefer to speak in Malayalam is the things to be addressed. Rest are okay.
When I entered the Kalyan jewellers store to purchase gold coins, No one was asking me what I was looking for. I went and asked the staff I need gold coins they were also not Showing any interest. I waited 10 minutes and I left the store. I decided not purchase anything here and if anyone asks me I would never recommend Kalyan jewellers. I decided to go next stores in that street that is Malabar and Joyalukkas. I went in Malabar store they welcomed me, their staff attended me , they asked me for coffee etc and I purchased 2 gold coins in few minutes and I was out of store. I went to Joyalukkas store and I had similar treatment as Malabar and I purchased 2 more coins and I came home. Kalyan jewellers, you should teach your staff to attend their customers and not neglect them. Otherwise your customers will go to next jewellers on the lane and you will out of business...
