Big Scammers- the sales person kept auguring that my calculation is wrong and his is right. there was a difference of nearly Rs 400 odd for one Gold pendant. simple math's is Gold price X no. of grams = 20% making charges + 3%GST= total amt. Kalyan making charges is so far the highest i have come across. My dad asked repeatedly to give breakup of gold price, making charges & GST. But the sales person was acting extra smart, and when i asked the difference of Rs 400, he is saying insurance is also added, and when i asked it is optional, he is saying yes. I asked why he did not specify insurance when asked for 3 times, he is like- we clearly show bills and tell the prices. In-fact when asked for 3 times the simple Rs 400 difference he wasn't able to clarify. I asked him- when i told 3 times that your calculations is wrong, he kept nagging saying my way of calculating is incorrect. Too pathetic service and arrogance by the sales person. Never recommend Kalyan to anyone. in-fact other jeweler brands are way more transparent with the prices, we dint even had to ask the breakup, they provide upfront.
They are treating us extremely nicely while we are purchasing. When we return a purchase, they provide us less money and make numerous reasons, such as the fact that we must wait 5 to 7 working days to receive our refund. Local jeweller stores offer superior quality than Kalyan jewels and would also pay extra while selling the same product.
Horrible experience there... Was waiting for so long without anyone to attend. Whenever i tried to enquire they say "Please wait" and I have been waiting. Would never like to visit this place cos of their customer service. Not recommended. All other jewellery shops treat so well. My wedding shopping shifted to Bhima and Abharan.
